DR. Angelo Asheh

Dr. Angelo is double-board certified physician with a focus on preventive medicine and longevity through a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally. He completed his training at top institutions: Yale University, University of California San Diego, Loma Linda University, UConn, and Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC. Dr. Angelo believes in treating patient holistically through lifestyle optimization (sleep, diet, exercise, etc), medication management and mindfulness. Dr. Asheh will bring the most up-to-date treatments and techniques to help you feel better, improve your well-being, and achieve your goals.

Beyond his professional commitments, Dr. Asheh maintains an active lifestyle, with fitness and anything ocean related. He enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and weight training. He shares his passion for fitness with his patients, regularly.

Kyle Piazza

(Physician Assistant)

Kyle graduated summa cum laude from Florida Atlantic University in 2019 with Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavior. He then attended physician assistant school at Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale where he earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies. He has worked in several fields including psychiatry, orthopedic surgery, and emergency medicine, and is certified in Botox and Filler. He also holds a membership to the American Association of Physician Assistants. 
Kyle has a passion for helping people. A fitness enthusiast himself, he aims to help people achieve their longterm goals, fitness and other. He also wants to raise awareness of health issues that men face.  
Kyle competes in Brazilian Jiujitsu and received his black belt in 2024. He is a member of the International Brazilian Jiujitsu Federation.

Larissa Jerominow

(MSN, APRN, FNP-BC)

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner | Functional Medicine
Larissa earned her Master of Science in Nursing from The City University of New York (CUNY) and is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in nutrition and functional medicine. Functional medicine goes beyond treating symptoms—it looks at the root causes of illness by addressing hormones, nutrition, gut health, toxins, and lifestyle factors.
After overcoming her own battle with mycotoxin illness, Larissa brings both clinical expertise and personal insight to her patients. She is passionate about helping people restore balance, boost immune health, and optimize brain function for lasting energy, performance, and longevity. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that the body has a God-given ability to heal itself when supported with the right approach.
