Testosterone

Replacement

Therapy (TRT)

TRT isn’t about muscle — it’s about optimizing your hormones so you feel sharp, energized, and in control.

Comprehensive Treatment starts at $150/month

Looking for TRT? We provide evidence-based hormone optimization with local labs, precise dosing, and real follow-up. Low energy, reduced sexual desire, poor sleep, brain fog, or stubborn belly fat — these don’t fix themselves. We evaluate your hormones and build a plan that actually works. Take back control today.

We offer In-Office Telehealth appointments.

What
testosterone
actually does

Testosterone is one of the key hormones that regulates how your body and mind function day to day. It directly impacts:

  • Libido, performance, and mental focus
  • Muscle maintenance, strength, and fat distribution
  • Energy levels, recovery, and sleep quality

When levels start to decline, the effects go beyond just “feeling tired. ” Many men notice:

  • Less drive and motivation
  • Slower recovery from workouts
  • Difficulty maintaining muscle despite training
  • Increased abdominal fat even with diet changes
  • Lower confidence and mental sharpness
  • Feeling “off” without a clear reason

As testosterone drops, performance — both physical and mental — tends to decline with it.

How We Diagnose Low T

We don’t guess—we test. Your evaluation includes testosterone
a full clinical and lab assessment to ensure accuracy, safety and eligibility for treatment.

Symptoms, History & Physical Exam

1) Symptoms, History & Physical Exam

  • Structured symptom review and focused exam
  • Medication and lifestyle review
  • Screening for contributors: sleep apnea, thyroid issues, depression, alcohol use
Core Hormone Testing

2) Core Hormone Testing

  • We test Bioavailable and Total testosterone levels
  • Free testosterone and SHBG when indicated (e.g., symptoms with near-normal total T, suspected SHBG changes)
  • Estradiol (sensitive assay) when clinically appropriate
Root-Cause & Safety Labs

3) Root-Cause & Safety Labs

  • LH, FSH (pituitary–testicular axis)
  • Prolactin
  • Thyroid panel (TSH ± Free T4/Free T3 as indicated)
  • CBC (hematocrit/hemoglobin baseline)
  • CMP (liver, kidney, electrolytes)
  • Fasting lipids
  • A1c ± fasting glucose
  • Vitamin D
  • PSA (age/risk-appropriate)
  • Vitals & body composition (BP, waist circumference/BMI)
Interpretation & Plan

4) Interpretation & Plan

  • We integrate your symptoms with lab findings to build a personalized plan.
  • If a result is borderline or doesn’t align with symptoms, we may repeat or expand testing before initiating therapy.
  • If fertility is a priority, we’ll discuss non-TRT options (e.g., hCG, enclomiphene).
  • Sleep study if obstructive sleep apnea is suspected.

Your TRT options

We tailor delivery to your lifestyle and labs:

Injections (IM or SubQ):

weekly or twice-weekly micro-dosing

Topical gel/cream:

daily application for steady absorption

Fertility-preserving strategies: ask about hCG or enclomiphene when appropriate

Monitoring & Safety (Our Protocol)

  • Follow-ups: typically at 6–8 weeks after starting/adjusting, then every 3–6 months
  • Check: symptoms, testosterone (timed to dosing method), hematocrit, estradiol, PSA (age-appropriate), blood pressure, and other labs as indicated
  • Target: a physiologic (mid-normal) range that improves symptoms while minimizing risk
  • Side effects we watch for & manage: thicker blood (erythrocytosis), acne/skin oiliness, fluid retention, breast tenderness, mood changes, possible increases in blood pressure, and effects on cholesterol

Expected Timelines

What improvements
to expect (typical timelines)

  • 2–4 weeks: improved energy, mood, sleep quality, and sexual interest
  • 4–12 weeks: better sexual function, focus, and muscle health and tone
  • 12+ weeks: steadier body fat distribution and bone health support (continues with sustained therapy)

(Everyone is different—your plan and pace are personalized.)

Lifestyle matters
(multiplier effect)

Results are stronger with:

  • Protein-forward, fiber-smart nutrition and hydration
  • Regular movement/resistance work for muscle health and tone (no bodybuilding required)
  • Prioritizing sleep and managing stress
  • Managing alcohol and optimizing metabolic health
